So,this science fair was organised when I was in grade 9.Each class had to choose one topic and present it.Chiranjeevi Sir and few other teachers helped all the classes in choosing the appropriate topic.Thank You Teachers....All the classes had the base topic as ''Sustainability".
We chose ''Hydroponics''.It was an interesting one....liked it!
We spent weeks of our time in doing our project.Hydroponics means water plants....how to grow plants using water?
We had to go out and buy lots of things that we required.It was totally fun and enjoyable....spending time with friends and teachers.. : D
We welcomed our chief guest by a small march past.
We painted,arranged the materials,planned,discussed,did some muddy work and so much more.
Uma and I spent our time together in the school till 8:00 pm designing the board for our project....it was looking flawless at the end.The next day,we had to come early to school and arrange all the things just to be 100% ready.
It was a two-day science fair.Our school looked so beautiful with lots of people around us and all those colourful projects and papers....
All the parents came in and started questioning us about our project.I loved to answer those queries.I even got good remarks for that from the parents.We had our lunch in between by taking turns.We all were like busy bees...
We also got the chance to sing in between.We sang all the english songs like the Roar by Katy Perry and so much more.
Few people from the newspaper and TV channels came in for interviewing us.I was so lucky that the news reporter interviewed me and the stuff that I told him was published in the newspaper.
He also took a picture of us and and got that too published in the newspaper.
It was The Indian Express newspaper.
