Children's Day was coming and the teachers planned so much for us all.We just loved it.In the mornning,we volunteered in Swatch Bharath Campaign.We sweeped the streets around our school.We were shouting slogans on the roads.It was again a different occurence for me.We all were damn tired after the campaign.I was also parched and we all were thirsty for water.
Now,the second part was that we had a potluck lunch in our school.Each class's students and the teacher had to bring a food item and share it with the whole class and eat it.Well,I carried the Panner Butter Masala that my mum made....Thanks mom,it was mouth-watering!We shared the food including the tomato rice and sweets that Rama Mam carried for us all.I just ate too much that day.The next fun part was that we had a chance to play in the ground.We did play for sometime and then it was time for school timings to end.Now,this is how we spent the Children's Day in our school
